Why call this an experience? Everything we do is an experience of our creations and gifts, to hold or to share. You will reap the benefits of massage and bodywork when it becomes a regular part of your life. But even one experience can be very transformational. Many people, even in their resting state, are holding tension and aren't even aware. My goal is to help you achieve a better awareness of your health, mind, body, and spirit.We are all capable of healing ourselves and I am merely helping to facilitate the process.  

Communication is key. I will educate you on your body and use of breath. Often times, our body mechanics prevent us from increasing flexibility and mobility. Many times I will provide exercises you can do at home to maximize your results. 

Massage is not a luxury, it is a tool to help heal. Whether it's stress, illness, surgery or simply to pamper yourself, the benefits of massage and bodywork can be life changing. I would be honored to take that journey with you.
